Orgasms CAN be used to increase spiritual/life energy. It depends what you do with the energy, you attitudes around sexuality. Especially for Women, but for men it is intensified if they learn to have orgasms without ejaculating. Partly, because you can have more orgasms, and build your energy with each one. Of course we release energy.

It's about how clear you are to the free flow of energy through you, shaping your life, not how much is stuck inside. It can be another way to love yourself and give love to Gaia. Focus on unconditional self-love, give thanks for being alive and having a body that can feel pleasure. In Orgasm, release the energy out through the top of your head, and through your feet, with love for the beautiful planet.

What you focus on and give your energy to, grows. Focus on the K. shooting out the top of your head, and your chakras lighting up like a pinball machine during orgasm. All acts of love and pleasure serve the Goddess.

   It is possible to enter an altered, transcendent state with sexual activity, with-holding ejaculation. The best book I have found to teach how to do this is called'the E.S.O. Ecstasy Program' , by Alan P. Brauer, M.D. and Donna J. Brauer. Warner books. To Quote page 113:

"Extended orgasmic response appears to induce a highly pleasurable state of heightened mental activity. This sexual high is similar to a deep meditative state, with electrical brain activity moving in more synchronous patterns and shifted toward alpha and theta waves, with greater electrical activity in the right side of the brain. Deep relaxation and meditation produce similar brain-wave shifts and patterns. Subjectively, such states induce feelings of peacefulness and harmony and an altered sense of time. The oceanic mental state that extended orgasmic response induces appears to be similar to states described by religious believers who have had visions of God or universal oneness. This common meditative transformation may explain the associations frequently addressed in world literature between sexuality and spirituality."

That's about as far as the book goes into spirituality, it's focus is scientific, physical and emotional. You need to release a lot of sex repression to access this state successfully, and the book has a lot of emotional release and communication exercises. Unfortunately it has gone out of print..

I think of it as Tantra for western world. Do the physical things under the guidance of your inner voice, you'll get there.

The Tantric tradition

I have studied several, and they often disagree. There is even an ancient Chinese fashion called 'nip and nurture', which suggests an almost combative concept, to withhold your own orgasm, and promote your partner's, so you can vampire the energy for your own power and longevity.

I prefer to withhold as a method of building the energy up way beyond normal sexual limitations, and then to release the energy with intent: healing, visualization, blockage-blasting, worship of Higher Powers, strengthening my House Spell, whatever the needs and inspiration of the moment. I use my 'creative' energy to create what I want in my life, gathering it, building it up, shaping it, and releasing it in love to the universe, to return to me with form.

This, to me, is not so much a sexual experience, as a meditative one. My awareness is on physical sensation and energy flow, my mind is occupied with prayer and visualization of physical or spiritual goals.

Annie Sprinkle's web page had a description of how to have energy orgasms. No sexual stimulation, just breathing and energy visualization.

Have always charged myself by first drawing energy from my higher self (12th chakra?) sending it through all my chakras, then down to the core of the earth. It comes charging back up like a volcano, and floods each chakra, to come out my head, and energize the perimeter of my aura. Some earth energy is sent back to higher self, and when the circuit seems complete, I am a brilliant egg of white light on an endless thread of light that is a current flowing both ways, feeding me, and sending my energy to the planet and the universe, my feet are tingling and I am without negative thoughts or fear...then I'm ready for whatever. I use this several times a day, whenever I need energy or feel out of balance.

A couple of days ago, I found myself plagued with a killer migraine lodged behind my right eye. I tried several methods to dispel the pain, I remember at one time in my life, these headaches would incapacitate me for days.

I was determined that would not happen, and decided finally to dispel the pain with sex magic, and so climbed into the shower. I enjoyed the sensations, using the intensity of pleasure to distract me from the pain in my head. Focusing on the energy flowing through and building up in my body, and visions of self love and healing, and of my pleasure being of service to the Goddess.

When the energy released, I was astonished and transfixed by a vision/sensation of golden light shooting out in every direction from my feet, wrapping around the planet in a golden grid of fire, before being absorbed.

It was very intense, and beautiful. I had a couple more for fun, but the vision was not repeated exactly. I lay down to rest, and my headache was gone.

Ever since then, I have found that I seem to have a vastly increased ability to channel the voice of the planet. It is a very moving experience. I don't know if I really have the words to describe what it's like. I feel like a bump on her skin, inside of her light and her mind. So much love and patience. Nope. No words.

The messages, though, are clear. It's not the pollution or the nuclear tests, or the extinction of species. It's the big fear, caused by disconnection from the spirit of the earth, that creates the damage. The fear that there is no future for humans on this planet, that she cannot care for us, because she is not really alive.

So many humans being destructive because they do not feel loved by their Great Mother. Humans who seek love in plastic toys and fast cars. In collecting and playing with money. Rich lonely orphans, with many toys. Believing their mother dead, they strike out in anger at her body. But she is waking up. There will be hugs and spankings. Cleaning the room to please Mom becomes a light task, once there is security in her love. She will be around long after we have graduated and gone onto another life. But she is evolving too, this Ascension. She is helping to evolve us. well, that's the essence.
