My Email lists.

I have been running email lists since 1996, and now have about a dozen. Some of them are private, by invitation only. Here are the public lists.
These lists are opt-in and self-managed. That means, if you subscribe to one of these lists and decide you don't like it, it will be your responsibility to unsubscribe yourself. Do not ask me to unsubscribe you. Check the header of your incoming list mail, to make sure you are unsubscribing yourself from the same address as you are subscribed by.
For those who prefer not to get the list mail delivered to your email box, yahoogroups.com offers a "web-only" option where you can read the list mail and respond from the yahoogroups.com site.

The K-list was originally established as the Kundalini-l@execpc.com, June 1996. Now called the Kundalini-Gateway list.
This list is for the free exchange of information, advice and friendship among those interested in, undergoing, or in any way involved with the awakening of Kundalini energy. By the very nature of the phenomena, such a process touches upon every aspect of life. As a result, this list is set up to be a forum in which list members should feel able to post openly on any subject which is related to this topic.
"Where two or more are gathered" works in cyberspace. The shared energy of the membership tends to increase the incidence of synchronicity on this list. Likely that same synchronicity brought you here. Welcome!
If you have questions about your process, or experiences you would like to share, in order to understand them better, feel free to post to the list about them. No matter how crazy your experiences seem, most likely there is someone on the list who has been there, too.

The Kundalini Phenomena List is for those experiencing the side-effects of awakening. The spiritual and evolutionary process known as Kundalini awakening can be joyous or harrowing to those undergoing it.
